What does “Ralentir” mean?
Ralentir is the French word for slow down. The name was inspired by a trip to Paris, where a kind waiter reminded our founder to pause and savor the moment. It’s now the heart of our philosophy — skincare as a ritual, not a rush.

Our products are manufactured in Pickering, Ontario. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
Is it vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes! All day elixir is vegan and cruelty-free. Our formula has been validated through our trusted manufacturing process and lovingly tested on supportive friends and family — never on animals.
How long will the bottle last?
Each 30ml bottle of all day elixir is designed to last around 2–3 months with daily use (2–3 drops per application). A little goes a long way — it’s concentrated nourishment in every drop.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to fulfill your order as soon as possible — we ship orders between Monday and Friday (because weekend rest is important). Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
