Our 10-Day Elixir Guarantee

Trying something new should feel supportive — not stressful.

If your first bottle of any Ralentir elixir purchased through ralentirwellness.com isn’t the right fit for your skin, you may request a refund within ten (10) days of the confirmed delivery date.

To be eligible:

• Your request must be made within 10 days of delivery.

• The product must have been purchased directly from ralentirwellness.com.

• The guarantee applies to your first purchase of a Ralentir elixir (limit of one bottle per customer).

• Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

To begin the process, simply email us at hello@ralentirwellness.ca with your order number and a brief note about your experience. Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Skin Sensitivities & Patch Testing

Every person’s skin is unique.

While our elixirs are thoughtfully formulated, individual sensitivities can occur. We recommend performing a patch test before first use by applying a small amount of product to a discreet area of skin and observing for 24 hours.

If irritation develops, discontinue use.

Our 10-Day Elixir Guarantee does not replace medical advice. If you have known allergies, sensitivities, or underlying skin conditions, please review ingredient lists carefully and consult a qualified healthcare professional if needed.

Returns Outside the 10-Day Guarantee

Because our products are skincare and intended for personal use, opened or used items are not eligible for return outside of the 10-Day Elixir Guarantee.

Unopened and unused products may be eligible for return within fourteen (14) days of delivery, provided they are returned in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within five (5) days of delivery at hello@ralentirwellness.ca with your order number and photos. We will work with you to make it right as quickly as possible.
