Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Ralentir Wellness may offer subscription or recurring purchase options (“Purchase Options”) for select products. By enrolling in a Purchase Option, you agree to the following terms.

Managing Your Subscription

You may cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time through your customer account portal or by contacting us at hello@ralentirwellness.ca.

Requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming shipment.

If a charge has already been processed, the order will be treated as a regular order and will be subject to our standard Return & Refund Policy.

Billing & Renewals

By selecting a Purchase Option, you authorize Ralentir Wellness to charge your selected payment method automatically at the frequency chosen at checkout (for example, every 30, 60, or 90 days).

You will receive confirmation of each recurring charge. It is your responsibility to ensure your payment information remains current.

Failed Payments

If a recurring payment fails, we may attempt to process the payment again. If payment cannot be completed, your subscription may be paused or cancelled.

Changes to Subscription Program

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue Purchase Options at any time. If changes materially affect your subscription, we will provide reasonable notice where required.

Nothing in this policy limits or replaces any rights you may have under applicable Canadian consumer protection legislation.
