Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During launches, promotions, or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly extended. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been fulfilled.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

We currently ship within Canada. Delivery timelines provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Please note that delays may occur due to carrier volume, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.

Free Shipping

Free shipping is available on qualifying orders over $80 CAD. Free shipping thresholds apply before taxes and after discounts.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to reship the order.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Ralentir Wellness is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number. If you require assistance, you may also contact us at hello@ralentirwellness.ca, and we will do our best to help.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within five (5) days of delivery at hello@ralentirwellness.ca with your order number and photos of the package and product. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
